Information we handle

Niagafy handles account information such as your email, name, optional phone number and location; sign-in identifiers; ad details, prices, locations and photos you upload; and technical information needed to secure sessions and operate the service.

How we use it

We use this information to provide sign-in, publish and moderate marketplace ads, let buyers contact sellers, process optional paid features, prevent abuse, support users and maintain service security. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and security

Public ad content and seller contact choices are shown to other users as part of the marketplace. We may use service providers needed for hosting, authentication, payments, email and safety review. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to what is needed to operate and protect Niagafy.

Your choices

You can edit or remove your ads. You may also request deletion of your full account or selected data using our account and data deletion page. We verify account ownership before processing a request.

Retention

We keep information only while it is needed to provide the service and meet security, dispute, transaction and legal obligations. Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups until those backups expire, normally within 90 days. The deletion page explains additional request-record retention.
